Volume 1 of _The Collected Vinyar Tengwar_ collects issues 1–10, and
is available for order on the E.L.F. Storefront at Lulu.com

(<http://www.elvish.org/VT/shop.html>). Note that each volume is
offered in two different bindings: Perfect (i.e. as a typical softcover book)
and Coil (which allows the issue to open and lie flat, for ease of
reference).

_Nota Bene_: these earliest issues of _Vinyar Tengwar_ had to be
scanned from photocopies, and were rather crudely produced to begin
with, and so this volume is not nearly of the same quality as later
volumes. It is offered here primarily for historical interest.
