  For September we are featuring a somewhat trivial, ordinary, common
sort of landscape: hay bales arranged on the field after the harvest. A
view that may be seen every summer nearly everywhere and to which we
seldom pay a second look. And yet...they do not appear so trivial or
ordinary when landscape photographers, such as Denis Gionet or painters  like Marcel call our attention to
the diversity of colors, forms and textures so that they appear "under
a new light".
