I heard that the new OS is Linux based and does not support legacy apps,
but there is a tool for developers to help port legacy PRC databases to
the WebOS. Exciting news, but if I can't get my old apps or similar
functionality witout paying too much, I think I will have to wait and see
what happens.

I also hear that there is a GSM version in the works...for Europe for the
first half of 2009. Not sure about State-side.
