Although I have some understanding of what goes on inside the box, there are times when I’m confounded. The good news is that help is just a click away:

Today, October 16, is National Boss Day in the United States. Who invents these "holidays" is beyond me. (I suspect it’s people with something to sell.) I suppose that everyone has a boss of one kind or another and these much-maligned folks deserve a day of recognition, too. After all, it’s not easy being a boss, I can tell you that from experience. Although I always try to be a fair boss, let’s face it, it’s a thankless job. I don’t ever recall receiving a present, unlike some bosses. For those of you who enjoy trivia, here’s a test for you: In 1995, the White House interns, (including Monica Lewinsky) gave President Clinton a present for National Boss Day. What was it?
If you haven’t taken your boss to lunch or done some other appropriate gesture, it’s not too late. Send him or her an electronic greeting card. It won’t cost you a cent and maybe it will get you a raise that much faster. Click on this link
