This week’s newsletter is late because I had to make an unexpected trip due to a family emergency. Like many other people, I was somewhat apprehensive about getting on a plane, but airport security was tight and my flights were mercifully uneventful. While I’m of the opinion that flying is still the safest way to travel, some folks feel differently. One way to eliminate travel while continuing to conduct business is to hold virtual meetings.
