I've just released the next version of ICQLaunch. It contains a new ability
to change ICQ's online status directly without first closing ICQ if the
account being launched is already running. This feature has only been
tested with ICQ98b and 2000b so far, so if you find this feature not working
for you, please contact me and let me know. Be sure to include the version
and build numbers of the ICQ you're running.
