Hi everybody,

this morning we had a long discussion how to solve our problem with the
main/ sub-unit architecture:
We came to a solution that might be acceptable to all parties. It solves
all problems, but simplifies the current main/sub-unit architecture.
The attached document gives an overview. I am going to write it down in
more detail in the next few days.
