Yep, you are in Neutral unless moving, according to the microcontroller in the bike.  All this is normal. Hold down PWR, push a little with your feet and roll on the throttle and you should pull away smoothly.

Make sure the green "N" light goes off and stays off while the "PWR" button is pushed ..... if it does not, you need to fix the ground on that button. Best...
