SUBJECT: Pre-inventory pack

Before you do inventory there are two steps you should take:

1. Pack the database
2. If you get a message that there are duplicate barcodes, investigate and
eliminate them. You can run TOOLS-Edit duplicate barcodes. Then pack the
file a second time.

Small steps, but important before doing an inventory.
