Doh...like I had to ask...
You're on the LinguasOS list.
This does happen from time to time with the PCLos repos,
especially the freebsd servers.
I don't know why.
The problem is not synaptic, nor your system, but at the remote server
end, more often than not.
All the same, I recommend the following:

First, open synaptic and click
Settings > Repositories

Unclick the boxes next to the freebsd repositories that are causing
problems.
Reload synaptic.
Try again.

If that doesn't solve the issue, (it probably will), them:

Wait an hour.

Come back to the computer and open your terminal (xterm
or mrxvt or sakura are all available on LinguasOS, pick any one,
it's all the same).

Do ($ and # indicate the terminal prompts. You will see those in the
terminal, don't type them...):

$ su
Password: <enter your password>
# apt-get clean
# apt-get update
# apt-get install kdebase

and tell me what happens...

If it works, you should be able to log out of fluxbox, and log back in
using kde (when you log back in, you have to choose kde from the
sessions menu on the log-in dialog).
You might want to open synaptic again afterwards, if this succeeds, and
choose more kde components to add to your system.
