If your final year project is a website then perhaps you might want to
consider actually learning (X)HTML, CSS and other related technologies
rather than relying on a piece of software to generate them for you?

Just use a text editor and write the HTML yourself.

Besides, I'm assuming there'll be some kind of DB backend to store the
student information and you'll want to code up software to access that data
in the DB. Perhaps use MySQL as the backend and code the software in PHP.
The Apache/MySQL/PHP combo is pretty common on most Unixy systems. You'll
want to write your PHP stuff in a text editor too.

I don't want to start a religious war about what text editor is best. I'm
sure you can use a search engine to find out what editors are available to
you and make up your own mind.
