First off it would appear that unless you have an unusual prompt setup
(every bash setup I've seen recently has had "user@server cwd" for
prompt data), your 'cd' is broken - in which case you have bigger
problems than a weird directory entry.
Second, what does 'stat /sysmgt' say with nothing mounted there? (That
is, the same conditions that produce the output quoted above.)
Third, can the system mount /sysmgt on reboot?
