A website has been begun for Free and Open Source Alliance (Singapore).
You can access it here:

http://fosa.sg/

Functionality is pretty minimal right now, but I am adding more features
every day. Please create an account on the site and use the forums to
discuss what YOU want the site to be.

As well, you can use the contact form on the site ("Contact us" in the
top menu) or write directly to fosa-admin@... for site-related
questions and comments.
