It is pleased to introduce International ICT Council to you. International ICT Council is a non-profit and vendor neutral certification body. Nowadays, technology is changing with each passing day. The gap of digital divide becomes larger and larger; our aim is to provide technology education among different nationality to minimize digital divide.
