Plz tell me in TCP connection way

When we want to close this connection

why we use ACK flag in STEP2 and STEP3 two times,can anbody expalin me in few words.

According to mine thinking, in step1: HostA send flag FIN for close the connection and ACK for pervious data acknowledgment

Step 2: accept the Host Request for close the connection

Step 3: I think here should only FIN flag is used,instead of FIN,ACK

plz tell me soon i m waiting becoz i m going for a interviw and thanx in advance
