Hi,
I just joined this group. It might be interesting for you to keep an
eye on the locales group here in Yahoo Groups, as well. We are also
looking at XML and the current restrictions it has for i18n and l10n.
We are trying to come up with a model to cover all locale parameters,
and not only existing ones, plus xml:lang is not enough, what else
should be added, like xml:locale. I am not sure about OSCAR, I
haven't seen much progress there either. Finding a 'home' is a big
issue everywhere, I guess.
