1. Digital Video Forum 3.0 released

The Digital Video Forum has moved again!!

This time, it is being privately hosted (special thanks to Marcos @
magneticbbs.net) and now uses the VBulletin forum system, which is
more versatile than the old EzBoard forum.

The new forum will also be ad-free, and most importantly, pop-up ad
free!!

I understand this may cause some inconveniences, as it wasn't too
long ago that we had to move from Delphi's forum (Digital Video Forum
1.0) to the (then) new EzBoard forum (Digital Video Forum 2.0). But
the situation is that free forum/boards are getting desperate in
these harsh online advertising climates, and if we don't move now, we
may be forced to move in the near future anyway.
