I am starting to work with the "tapes" and I can only say they help a lot!!! They are a very valuable resource I am just tapping into!
It's good to know and understand what Klaus says: You must find your own way - and I believe after a while it's good for everybody to record their own tapes. People who have a problem with self hypnosis should take one or two sessions with an experienced hypnotist and ask to get a trigger for self hypnosis. After that, self hypnosis/meditation is very easy!
