That's a (rather pathetic) shortcoming in Finder and iTunes. They
ignore CD Text. You can request that feature at
http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html and
http://www.apple.com/macosx/feedback/. I'm sure they've received the
request before, but they should be hounded until they fix this.

File -> Bounce Project creates a disc image. It's still a file that
only WB can read, but it puts the entire project into one file (no
links to external audio files) and prints all the effects.
