Save AKAI Samples in EXS format to External HD   Message List

So, I have a bunch of Akai CD's that I'd like to use in Logic 8 with the EXS
24II but I don't want them to take up all my HD space. Since they are in AKAI
format, I can't just save them to a Mac Formatted HD either. (or can I?) What
I'd like to do is to set it up so that when the EXS24II converts the samples, it
saves them directly to the External HD.

Anyone know any way to do this???

... After you convert all your disks you can move the samples anywhere and EXS will find them. The sample instruments need to be in the Sampler Instruments...
