Hi Don and all,
thanks for all the work
Don't forget
The New Tibetan-English Dictionary of Modern Tibetan by Melvin
Goldstein. Even though it is not a Dharma resource, it can be very
useful.
His Modern Literary Tibetan is also very helpful for intermediate to
advanced students, but seems to be out of print.
Fields books in SF seems to have really good prices on Tibetan books
when I go there during occasional trips. They seem to price their
imported Indian books without a huge extra markup. For example, I
bought a couple of Chandra Das's from them for my class for $12.95
each. I saw a copy of Modern Literary Tibetan there a few months ago.
