30,000 megawatts of wind farms will be installed by the end of next year
with a production cost of 7-10cents/kwh
Building of them exceeds grid building leaving some production without
any grid connection for a while.
Coal fired plant building continues, but at a rapidly slowing rate.
Solar farms are also being built.
