Conversation Café Louisville

The next CC will be at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2009

The topic for this CC is:  What are your thoughts on the major religions?

Conversation Café will continue meeting on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 7 p.m. upstairs at City Café (in the Mid City Mall next door to Baxter Theaters) and notification will be sent out about any holiday cancellations. All are invited to attend. For more information on what we’re about check out the national web site at www.conversationcafe.org and visit our local web site at www.neighborhoodlink.com/org/conversationcafe. For more information about Conversation Café or to be included on the email list to preview future topics contact John at jhartmann@... or at 502-560-0085.

Conversation Cafés are lively hosted conversations among small groups of people with diverse views but a shared passion for engaging with others. Conversation Cafés provide an open forum to talk about important topics over a cup of coffee or tea. On a good night people of every philosophical, political and personality stripe circle up around tables and steaming beverages to earnestly shift from small talk to a larger perspective. Everyone is welcome. There's nothing to join. Anyone can come, just once or many times. There are no books to read, no assignments, and no dues (except a bite to eat at the café).

At Conversation Cafés, we create a culture of conversation-which is a culture of intelligence, peace, and political awareness.

Have you any ideas for our next conversation? Contact John.

Please make at least a simple purchase at City Café in respect of the employees and management.
