Here is a suggestion on meeting date E-mails. I know that June is past, and that December 22 is a long way off. I don't recall seeing any notice concerning July. 

On all correspondence titled "meeting dates" include a list of dates starting from the next out to last scheduled. Then the most recent meeting date correspondence will tell everyone when the next meeting is to be, and for planning the next after that, etc.  This should come out monthly a couple of weeks before the next meeting. Perhaps it could be combined with the notice we always send out about the Tuesday Evening meeting at Streets of New York.

If we should have a schedule posted on our website (I don't recall if we have one), then include a link to it in the message.
