Have to add my 2 cents re the topic of downloads.
Here at remote Spruce Mt the copper land line runs at 24 kb no matter
what I do.
About a year ago I installed Direct PC. Now download sing along at up
to 400 KB.
The installation was a bear but great support from the Tech folks at
Hughes. Cost though is reasonable, about $19.00 a mo. If anyone is
interested I'd be happy to supply info and install help.
Oh, the bird is located in the South sky up about 42 degrees, very near
the Direct TV bird. It is less powerful and harder to acquire. The set
up took a weekend but I installed a special tower, etc. Well worth the
effort surfing the web is a whole new experience.

No, there is no Linux version, runs under Win 95 or 98 (uuuuugggghhhh
