Stephen,

If the Cancel button is meant to skip the current track, you might
want to consider putting one of those small gray "X" circles to the
right of the progress bar, like in the Safari and iTunes download
windows. If the Cancel button is meant to stop the entire process,
then perhaps it should be renamed "Stop" or something similar (if
there is a Start button it can change to Stop while the process is
running).

I also like the idea of having a single track list, and simply
checking off the tracks as they are done. You get a much better
visual impression of where you are in the process that way as well.

... I'm being polemic here to make a point: Nobody needs all that information! When do you really need to know which tracks have completed and which haven't?...
