I plugged the phone in AFTER I installed PocketMac. I even removed the program
and reinstalled it. It still does not see my BB. Strangely, when I click on
FIle menu, "Add Device" is shaded out, so I can't get it to search for my
device. If I look at my USB connections under System Profiler, it shows my BB.

Any ideas how to proceed?
