I have to have a Java GUI ready by tomorrow and have no idea how to proceed. I
basically know what I need to do, but no clue as to how to do it... any help you

provide would be most appreciated.

I basically have to find a way to find the Java source code for this site and
modify it
for a program me and my partner are writing in Perl... basically, I need the
module to
have a text field for the user to input a protein name... that input goes to a
Perl
program my partner and I are writing that will do the work of the program... the
module then needs to display the graph shown by the program on this page and all
that information, and then needs to show two things that will be outputted from
our
Perl program...

Any ideas????? PLEASE help as soon as you can... I'm in a crunch...
