Is there any way to prevent the "Run from Source" option from being available to
the user during installation? I've tried LocalOnly for components and features
but it still displays the selection. Maybe I should be looking at the GUI
instead of the MAKEMSI script?

I played around with the options (attributes) quite a bit but still can't seem
to get the install to behave as I need (i.e. you either install it or don't -
but you can't run it from the source).
