Hi there makingthingers!

Last night I was having difficulties getting a
magnetic reed switch to register in Max at my Teleo
MultiI/O Digital input. I had it wired to the 5v
terminal and the digital in, which seemed proper,
however nothing was registering at any of the Max
Digital inputs objects. Therefore I pushed the white
button on the MultiI/O...no message in the log window.
I also pushed the white button on all other Teleo
modules, such as the USB translator and the Multi
Digital, although they seem to be working fine. Also
no messages...

BTW, the digital outs on the MutilI/O output, and the
mag reed switch checked out fine on a meter.

Today I went to check out things again - as if it had
somehow magically started to work, and in addition to
the previous problem it seems that Max is no longer
recognizing the t.mio.din object
I receive these errors as I open the patch:

error: attempting to load itself Macintosh
HD:/.../t.mio.din
error: perhaps you have mistakenly named a patcher
file the same name as an object it contains. this is
not permitted.
error: t.mio.din: No such object

I checked the library but all the Teleo externals are
still there.

All these problems remain the same whether I'm running
Max/MSP Runtime 4.5 or a demo of 4.6.2.
USB translator is ver 1.2
I think the MultiI/o is first gen, doesn't have a ver
#, but has www.makingthings.com silkscreemed on.

I think that's all to report. Any ideas as to what's
happening?
