Help - Bug!

A New site - The members are signing up. Almost all of the members
are being assigned the same profile/$#

I have seen this on other sites and reported it. This site owner is
not getting very important emails about people wanting purchase these
expensive dogs. I gotta nip this one in the bud right away so the
problem does not come back.

What might be causing this bug? What can I do to cure it?
