I made maps for zoom levels 0-5 (and 5 is 20 miles) but on my eTrex
Vista HCx the maps don't display on the 20 mile scale, I have to drop
down to the next lowest scale (12 miles) for the map to draw.

Now I'm making them for levels 0,2,4,6,8 as is the default to see if
that works better.
