She is a specialist in diagnosing organization needs and identifying realistic, achievable actions that lead to lasting improvements. Her expertise in asking the right questions coupled with an inclusive, participative approach has led her clients to higher levels of effectiveness. Ms. Rhine's skill at facilitating and coaching allows her to guide clients through the often-difficult process of planning and implementing change.
Ms. Rhine also provides guidance in helping organizations through executive director transitions, identifying and resolving personnel issues, facilitating interpersonal conflict to resolution, improving organizational communications and facilitating merger negotiations.
Ms. Rhine is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. She is trained in Appreciative Inquiry, Collaborative Action Technology, Executive Transition Process, Synecticsâ Innovative Problem-Solving methodology, Nonprofit Strategic Restructuring, and Transformative Mediation. She is a founder of the Center for Conflict Transformation in
Prior to forming Management Solutions and Resources in 1988, Ms. Rhine held management positions with ITT Hartford, CG/Aetna Insurance Company, The Travelers Companies and Hartford National Bank. Her responsibilities included managing operational staff, major project implementation, and resolving operational problems. Due to her reputation as a troubleshooter and team builder she was selected to rescue troubled units.
