I have a problem with my website; maybe someone
here can help me. I am not very experienced
computer-wise, but have a website I put together with Microsoft
Frontpage 2000. I change things on the site fairly
regularly, though not in a sense of totally redoing
anything, more like editing and adding etc. I
saved or
believe I saved everything on the site about two months
ago but have changed a lot since then. Moreover, some
pages have a good bit of material and it not only would
be difficult to recreate, it would be difficult to
determine what would need recreation and what would not.

The computer I was using totally crashed. I now have
it back up and have reinstalled the
Frontpage
software, but obviously my webfiles are all gone.

My site is, by the way, through mindspring, if that
matters.

I am wondering if there is a way for me to sort
of
download my site into my reinstalled
Frontpage
software, so as to sort of recreate the position I was in
before the computer crashed.

Or is there someway
for me to browse and hit edit? But I want the site
back on my computer in its totality, I
believe.

I may be missing this sort of thing in the
manual,
although I might observe that manuals generally seem
sometimes deficient in regard to what to do when Bad Things
happen, nobody likes to talk about misadventures, it
seems.

If you can give me some helpful advice, I
would
greatly appreciate it.
