mastersoffrontpage : Message: help help help

I am moving my Web page from one host to another.
I need to have a copy of the page saved, so that I
can move to the new SERVER. Can someone tell me how
to do this...I am sure is VERY easy, but I can't get
it to work for me! Please send me a message
