I have a very large database I want to post on a webpage

As a text file it is down to three Meg and takes near 20 minutes to load
As an HTML it is eight Meg and takes nearly 45 minutes to load

Does anyone know how I can put up an ever-changing database for viewing
purposes only that will load faster?

It is a Directory on a HDD
