mastersoffrontpage : Message: Frontpage2000 VS. DreamWeaver 3

Hi, I'm not sure whether I should learn
Frontpage2000 or Dreamweaver 3. I don't plan on using HTML
in the near future. Looking for: 1. a software
that would produce professional and great looking
webs 2. software that would allow dynamic interaction
with databases (such as MS SQL or Oracle) whereby I
could retreive and update data online. 3.
software that would make it east to create and maintain
discussion group. Not sure why I should choose
Frontpage 2000 over DreamWeaver 3 I would very much
appreciate your advice. Thank you
