Apparently Federal Bill 602P intends to charge 5 cents per
every e-mail received by everybody in the U.S.! This
money would go to the U.S. Postal Service because they
are losing money due to the internet. A
representative named Tony Schnell (R) even wants to add a $20-40
monthly surcharge to internet users! This must be stopped
and stopped now. If you wish to continue using the
internet as you now do, without being charged extra monies
that would go to a company that has absolutely nothing
to do with the internet or your usage of it, then
write to your Congressperson and your Senitor now and
demand an end to Federal Bill 602P.
