cosmology at the start of new millennium."

A poster report was admitted and presented with a title: "Basic
Structures of Matter Hypothesis Based on an Alternative Concept of

The enigmatic problems in Cosmology putting a doubt about the Big
Bang theory were openly discussed for a first time at such conference.

The conferenmce was sponsored by the Science Directorate of NASA's

the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command; the U. S. Army
Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center;
the American Physical Society; the University of Alabama in
