The theory presented in the scientific book is based on not
investigated concept of the material Ether, envisioned by Faraday,
Maxwell and other great physicists. It is strongly supported by the
modern Ether drift experiments and many other phenomena in different
fields of physics. The new theory provides not only a new vision
about the relation between the fields: gravity, electrical and
magnetic. It permits understanding of the relation between the
Newtonian gravitation and to the inertia. It allows for a first time
a scientific investigation of the UFO phenomena as a real physical
one. The theory envisions a unique physical mechanism on which the
UFO motion is based. This is discussed in Chapter 13 of the book,
which has not been presented in the previous electronic editions.
