The MoDELS series of conferences are devoted to the topic of model-driven
engineering, covering both languages and systems used to create complex
systems. These conferences are both an expansion and a re-direction of
previous Unified Modelling Language (UML) conferences, and replaced that
series of conference since last year.

MoDELS 2006 is the premier conference that brings together practitioners and
researchers to present and discuss both practical experience and innovative
techniques in model-driven approaches to software development. MoDELS 2006
includes: scientific and experience papers, invited speakers, panels, 11
workshops, 3 symposia, tool exhibition, and posters.

REGISTRATION

Since MoDELS will take place the week before the most important yearly
exhibition of sporting yachts in Italy, and at the same time as another
major conference, accommodation in Genova will become difficult to find and
costly for booking after mid August.

Therefore we urge you to register for the conference and book your hotel as
soon as possible. We are therefore granting an additional discount for
advance registrations made up to August 15th.
