Hello,
I am working on an approach to model to model transformations in the MDA. I
won't bore you with the details of the approach itself, although I've got an
issue with planning a case study I need to use for the evaluation.
Basically, I was suggested to provide an example of how my approach compares to
others, based on a "benchmark MDA example". This should be some application
typically developed to illustrate various aspects of different MDA processes or
approaches. Something comparable to a Pet Store in J2EE.
Although there is a number of case studies and white papers, available both
from the OMG website as well as different consultancies, it would be perfect to
find something used and reused in different contexts.
I am not looking for typical PIM -> PSM transformation examples here, but more
of a complete process example - from requirements (CIM?), down to a fairly
complete PS model of an application, which can be fed to a code generation tool
or used in other ways.
I hope this is not too vague. Will be grateful for any pointers, suggestions.
regards,
