I'm not sure you are going to find that. AFAIK, there is no general
purpose formal meta model for CIMs yet. (As soon as there is one,
somebody will probably write a transformation engine for it to generate
code automatically and we'll all be out of business!) So far the
industry has been pretty much focused on getting to various flavors of PSMs.
The closest thing I can think of is a SysML model created by a systems
engineer. That is certainly general enough and OO developers would
regard it as an input requirements specification for OOA. But one can
quibble about whether it is really a CIM since it will probably reflect
things like distributed boundaries because the systems engineer views it
as a system design rather than a system specification.
