Montgomery County Outdoor Lighting Bill
If you live (or stargaze) in Montgomery County, be sure to contact your County Council members and let them know that you support the proposed outdoor lighting

Dick, You can search the Montgomery County code online. Zoning is in chapter 59. If you search for the word "glare", you will find the relevant sections.
