The Melbourne Web Accessibility Group meets approximately once a month to discuss progress and challeneges in the area of making the Internet and the Web more accessible.
Accessibility covers using and creating the Web by people with disabilities, elderly people, and those with low levels of skill in english. It also applies to people in remote areas with relatively poor communications infrastructure, and people with devices such as mobile palmtops.
This email list is for communication among the group. For wider scope, look for OzeWAI (Australia) or the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (International).
