Fred, You are a great gift to our Minciu Sodas laboratory. I am very grateful
to Benoit Couture for bringing us together as well as Helen Mahoo. Thank you
for your thoughtful vision. "What you believe is what happens." We will take
steady steps.

Now a great priority for us is to provide Kenyans online assistance as you have.
It would be good for you to be able to download letters and use your laptop
offline (like an Includer) and then upload your work for the wiki. We will
practice this and then you might teach others.

Also, St.Benedict the African Church in Chicago has raised some money which
originally I asked for your work to help the Ugandan flood relief in eastern and
northern Uganda. Also, now there are refugees in Uganda from Kenya. So please
make a plan what we might do in Uganda and might we also help Ugandans and
Kenyans help each other. For example, Ugandans might help Kenyans in Uganda
stay in touch with their relatives in Kenya, work together for peace, and go
home when they are ready.

EXPANDING MINICIU SODA LAB IN EAST
AND CENTRAL AFRICA

Greetings to you Mr. Andrius the director Kulikauskas
the Direktorius of Miniciu Sodas laboratory.

I was thinking of the way we can enlarge our net work
in Africa in line with the Vision of the Lab.
This is based on culture and layers of God,
Independent Thinker, Local Circuit, Festival, Society
and Humanity.

An also in regard to your investigation on how we can
organize worldwide culture for independent thinkers?

Below is my thinking and plan.

Uganda
I think that we need to create a strong base of
independent thinkers all over Uganda and this should
be done by organizing up groups of interested
independent thinkers who can learn how to use computer
and later on to use internet.

Am happy that at least now we are around 6participants
although some are not so active perhaps the lack of
computer knowledge and access may be hindering them to
be so active.

But my plan is to create a big number of active
Independent thinkers who are so trust worthy and
genuine in what they are doing.
Am very much happy with the Uyoga group and I rely
love to visit them if I get chance and interact with
them and get more views of grass root mobilization.

Am sorry for their poor internet connection but they
seem to be so creative youths.

I think of visting voluntary rural groups and teach,
mobilize them on what is going on with our online
organization if this is what you think that can work
to get more connected Andrius?

Still my plan in 2008 is to have time and teach these
people some computer knowledge because I know they
rely love to be knowing what is going on the world but
they lack this knowledge and this is why I created a
computer club on face book to perhaps interests some
people who can stand with us in this focus but it
seems it does not much interest people.
However I still have this vision because I know what
is on the ground is ignorance of every thing.

Perhaps its because of ignorance that Kenyans can kill
each other basing on racism
And honestly Andrius this is not in Kenya alone its
all over Africa tribalism is all over so when we can
create some good ideas, groups that can prevent such
scandals before they happen it will be good prevention
than cure.

RWANDA
I have realized that we rely don’t have any
participant from the French speaking countries of
Africa
And Rwanda is actually very near to Uganda actually
for them now speak English
I did talk to one church youth leader and he was
telling me that they too have different youth groups
and many groups in Rwanda but they have also computer
knowledge problem however some knows and some don’t
And I was thinking if we can perhaps once in awhile
visit there specifically to show them our groups on
the lab I guess we could also have some participants
there and Burundi too.

I guess Kim and I can participate and make some
presentation to them.

SUDAN/JUBA
When you look in Uganda now and more so in Kampala all
goods now are channeling to Sudan in the southern part
which is called JUBA
We also have many refugees from there here and some
are my neibours so I was thinking that if we can also
make some group of Sudanese who may be interested to
become the independent thinkers then we have extended
as far as Sudan is
I mean I rely love to do this if it is needed any way.

I think that’s all fror the moment about wide net work
Please feel free to respond back and ask also.

David
Am rely concerned about David,s health Andrius and if
you don’t mind you could cal him and find out what he
Is now.
He is so important to us and I wish I was near him
perhaps could always help him in his weakness like
serving him
Any way God takes care of him.

School
Andrius its true I study accounts on the diploma
course and soon finishing it but I rely think its not
my interests as I can tough in my self and also talk
to counselors they all think I am a social work and I
too feel am this.
So what I did I went to a Christian University and
applied for the degree course SOCIAL WORKS AND SOCIAL
ADMISTRATION
And I just received a letter of approval and
admission.
So if all goes well perhaps I can add on my accounts
this.
I requested to study late in the evening such that in
the day am doing things that can pay me and others
then study in the evening.
What do I mean Andrius is that when you find work that
I can do and sponsor this, don’t let it go away.
Am praying hard the God gives you another contract
like my Food story.

Projects
I think of good businesses that can Miniciu soda
invest in Uganda
And we can monitor them.

You talked about connecting the computer assembling
campanies to schools in Africa right?
How is this.

Be blessed and bye.
Kayiwa fred
