            Each member of this group will
            be entered in a free raffle
            whenever the New Jersey lottery
            prize is $100 million or more.

            Each raffle prize will be a 50 percent
            interest in a New Jersey lottery
            ticket which I will pay for.

            As membership grows, I will buy as
            many as 10 lottery tickets per drawing.

            Each raffle winner and I will be
            partners in one ticket and the
            winnings from that ticket if any.

            The top prize will be divided as
            follows if we win:

            One-half the prize in cash to me.

            $20 million scholarship to pay for
            Cosmonaut training and a space lab
            trip for the winning member.

            $1 million to pay for up to 10
            scholarships for suborbital
            flights for members of our group
            chosen at random after we win the
            lottery.

            $1 million to pay for scholarships
            for weightless flights for as many
            members as we can afford to send
            --again chosen at random after we
            win the lottery.

            College or graduate credits will be
            awarded to each of the scholarship
            winners.

            The rest of the money will be used to
            subsidize study of space flight by
            students at a suitable university.

            Raffle winners and I will be equal
            partners in lottery prizes of less
            than $1 million.

            Public service announcements are
            permissible and encouraged.

            Your first name must be in your
            profile to win.  Adult profiles are
            not acceptable.  You must be 21.

            A charity recognized by the IRS
            will manage the scholarships.

            Bouncing members do not take part
            in the raffle and cannot win
            scholarships or prizes.
