I'm not sure what you are after but if it is for a weather station then try a web search with "psychrometric equation".  Or just "psychrometric".  There are some good application notes on the Campbell Scientific web site (www.campbellsci.com) for surface computations.  If you are after more general formulae then try "hydrostatic equation".
