Hi Madhu,

It's good to find a soul really interested in
Meteorology in India. Indians Want to be doctors
or engineers and they do no show interest on these
delicate subjects like Meteorology.
They never realise that the country's economy
depends on perfect prediction of the monsoon( u know
thsi time IMD has literally failed ).
All the best that you should get a good
meteorology career and sow the seeds for its
development in india.I myself is an engineer but my
passion is on Meteorology.I like studying the climatic
disturbances around the world.I like to find patterns
in them.
