That works. You should be seeing more like 10 vdc in the "power supply" section - at the + of the 10uF electrolytic, etc. Basically you're not getting any ...

A reasonable assumption. Make sure you don't have a zener or electrolytic in backwards, and look for other possible shorts. You should be seeing a healthy...

 I checked all the diodes & electrolytes - everything fine. I have 30vdc right before the 6.8k resistor and then it drops off to 0.74vdc right after the...

In that case just start removing stuff after the 6.8K resistor until the voltage pops back up. Maybe it's a shorted capacitor. -Scott ... -- ... And you'll...
